We are building an engineering team in Tashkent. International projects, a modern stack, a culture of quality — no bureaucracy and no box-ticking.
ALGO-PRIME is an IT company and an IT Park Uzbekistan resident. We build web platforms, mobile applications and backend services for clients across the CIS, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. A separate practice is the technical audit of projects, including those built with AI.
We grow to a plan: 10–15 specialists in year one, 18–25 in year two, 30+ in year three. That means you join a team, not just a position — expertise and responsibility grow in months, not years.

Design and development of the server side: APIs, integrations, data processing, real-time services. Working with databases and optimizing for load.
We expect: 2+ years of commercial backend development, confident API design, a solid grasp of architectural approaches.Building applications for iOS, Android and HarmonyOS: enterprise apps, geolocation services, mobile interfaces for information systems.
We expect: experience publishing apps to the stores, attention to stability and performance, readiness to work across several platforms.Testing web and mobile products and taking part in technical audits. Test case design, automation, review of projects built with AI.
We expect: systematic thinking, experience in functional testing, an interest in automation — or the readiness to learn it.Managing development projects: planning, communication with international clients, control of deadlines and quality, team coordination.
We expect: experience managing IT projects, English for client work, the ability to translate between business and engineering.Designing interfaces for web platforms and mobile applications: from user flows to design systems. Working side by side with development.
We expect: a portfolio of product interfaces, a systematic approach (components, not pictures), experience in Figma.Requirements analysis, system logic design, technical documentation, participation in audits and consulting projects.
We expect: the ability to structure complexity, experience writing technical requirements, a basic understanding of information system architecture.
